Oak Bollard with Round Solar Light

This Oak Bollard features a recessed solar powered LED light to provide illuminated boundary marking or wayfinding after dark. Made from durable, solid English Oak and available with a natural smooth sanded finish or an oiled finish.

This Oak Bollard has a cross section that measures 150mm x 100mm and is available in two sizes, 1200mm or 800mm in length. We recommend inserting at least 300mm into the ground when installing to ensure stability. The top of the bollard is cut into a two-way chamfer.

The recessed, solar powered LED sealed lighting unit requires no wires or separate power supply. Instead it contains rechargeable, replaceable batteries that provide up to 12 hours run time for the single super bright LED bulb. It is programmed to turn on automatically at dusk and turn off at dawn. If positioned well toward clear sunlight it will work well all year round. It can also be manually switched off and on.

The lighting unit has a full stainless steel surround and is fully weatherproof.
