Elm Serving Board with Waney Edge

Handled Elm Serving Board with waney edge. Each board is individually handmade from English Elm. The waney edge profile of the board is cut from whatever Elm stock we have in at the time of order, so each board is truly unique.

Each Elm Serving Board measures 490mm in overall length including the handle. It measures 240mm in width, however please note these measurements can vary slightly with the waney edge profile. It measures 12mm in thickness. Due to their unique, handmade nature, the measurements of each board may vary slightly.

Comes pre-applied with a coat of food-safe oil. Suitable for use with all foods, in particular cheese and other platter foodstuffs. We recommend looking after your board by wiping it after use with a damp cloth and storing in a cool, dark cupboard. Do not put in the dishwasher or leave standing in water as this will lead to warping/splitting of the wood. Extended exposure to direct sunlight is also best avoided. Applying a fresh coat of oil once a year will prolong its life for many years.
